“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” ― Mahatma Gandhi

Mantra = Happiness

Mantra can be a powerful practice to help guide the mind in one direction or another. A mantra is a word or sound that is repeated frequently. Our body listens to everything that the mind says. Our words hold power, and by repeating mantras to yourself throughout the day you can guide your energy toward happiness or any other emotion.

Think about how many times a day you say “I am (fill in the blank) “Busy” is a typical answer. Working with the law of attraction, saying “I am busy” repeatedly causes more busyness. A good option or re-frame might be “I am thankful for the fullness of life.”

Here are some mantras that, when repeated regularly, can guide your thoughts and turn your life in the direction toward happiness. Give them a try and let us know what you experience.

Repeat these mantras and find out what a difference they will make for you.

  1. I have PURPOSE! ~ You have purpose! Sometimes we can get lost in the day-to-day grind and forget what we love and what gives us the greatest feeling of satisfaction. You have something special to offer the world, and this mantra reminds you of that fact.
  2. I am a MAGNET to Good Things! ~ This mantra brings in Self Love and a positive mindset to draw good things into your life.
  3. I am AMAZING ~ eliminate self-doubt and build confidence! There is NOBODY else like you! You really are AMAZING!
  4. I can do ANYTHING I set my mind to! ~ CAN = Will CAN’T = Won’t Speak these words when you are struggling to change your situation and know that you have the power it takes to do so.
  5. I attract healthy people into my life ~ create a circle of like-minded, hopeful, and positive people. This mantra is especially helpful when you feel yourself being pulled into someone’s negative energy.
