Crofton Yoga is a host studio to The Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts offering both 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher certifications. Students and current yoga teachers in the Anne Arundel County, Maryland and Mid-Atlantic areas benefit from these Yoga Alliance certified programs.
Developed by Yoganand Michael Carroll, these yoga trainings are for practitioners who have a love of yoga born out of practice. Becoming a yoga instructor is a highly rewarding experience which many choose as a part-time enhancement to their full-time job.
